Bird Song Cottage Rates
Antique Festival Weeks: $250/night plus 13% hotel occupancy tax. A two night minimum stay is required. (Spring and Fall Show.) We require a two night non-refundable deposit to hold reservation. Balance is due first of March 2017. for the Spring show and first of September for the Fall Show.
Standard rates:
* $185/night plus 13% hotel occupancy tax. (minimum stay of two nights is required.)
We require a non refundable deposit in the amount of one night’s rental to hold a reservation. Blance due at arrival on standard rate periods. If a stay is to be longer than four days we will require a larger deposit.
2016 Extended Stay Packages
During the month of December we are offering some extended stay packages. Many of our guests have said that they are thinking about a country home and would love to test out an extended stay, so here is your chance
to "live in the country," at least for a while! During the month of December you can rent the cottage for a week for $800 or for a month for $2,500.00, space permitting. (Pet fees still apply) No food or coffee will be provided, but we will give you clean bed linens to use once a week, and clean towels twice a week. We also would be delighted to assist you in arranging housekeeping services if you require them. We do have a vacuum and broom in the cottage if you want to use them.
This should give you an idea of what country life is all about. Live like a local! -- Added bonus: we will have the cottage exterior tastefully decorated for the holiday season!

Bird Song Cottage Policies
Check-in at 3:00 pm.
Check-out at 11:00 am.
Early check in (2:00 pm) or late check-out (12:00 noon) may be possible for an additional charge of $25.00 for each adjustment. Owner will confirm by email if it is possible on the days you are requesting.. Select early check-in and or late check-out on the additional services tab if you are interested in any of these options.
Pet Policy: Dogs are permitted with a non-refundable pet fee. $35 per pet per visit on stays of three days or less Limit of two pets. On longer stays the non-refundable pet fee is $35 for the first three days plus $5 a day per dog per day after three days. Pets can not exceed 15 lbs. Dogs are required to be kenneled when owner is gone and leaving the dogs alone.
There is No Smoking on the premises.
There is a limit of two people per stay.
